The vehicle-mounted filter press, also known as slurry non-falling chamber filter press, is a portable mobile sludge treatment unit. It is composed of frame, pressing unit and filtering assembly. Filter plates are neatly arranged to form closed chambers. Under pressure, slurry undergoes solid-liquid separation inside chambers, forming easy-to-transport filter cakes. Holes at filter plate corners and centers form complete flow channels for suspension, washing water and filtrate.
The whole system is PLC-controlled, equipped with world-class electrical components including AB frequency converter, Astronergy/Schneider electric parts and OMRON proximity switches. It supports semi-automatic and fully automatic operation. The filtrate collection, cake guiding and cake conveying systems ensure filter cake and filtrate will not drop onto the ground to avoid secondary pollution.
This mobile filter press is suitable for field operations and convenient for transportation. It converts waste slurry discharge into sludge transport disposal and cuts slurry emissions. Separated clean water can be recycled for drilling and cement slurry mixing to save water resources. It improves site working environment and turns sludge into recyclable material.
