Single chamber feed filter press

Working Principle:

Firstly, the material to be filtered is fed into the filter chamber of the filter press through the feed pump. Under pressure, the liquid in the material is squeezed out through the filter cloth, while the solid particles are retained on the filter cloth, forming filter cake. When the filtration process is finished, loosen the pressing device, pull the filter plate and filter frame one by one, and take out the filter cake.

Some single chamber filter presses can also perform washing operation, by passing washing liquid into the filter chamber, the filter cake is washed to improve the purity of the product. They are mainly used in mining industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, environmental protection industry and so on.
