Screw Pump

Progressive cavity screw pumps realize continuous low‑pulse material transfer. Featuring high‑precision metering, high‑pressure non‑valve conveying and easy‑to‑replace stator, they are widely used for filter press feeding and various solid‑liquid separation working conditions.

Progressive cavity screw pumps provide continuous low‑pulse conveying performance, which is not affected by pressure and viscosity fluctuations. The delivery volume is proportional to rotational speed, so high‑precision metering can be achieved within the full rotational‑speed range. It supports high‑pressure unvalved conveying. Mechanical seals are arranged right below pump chamber inlet, external seal flushing is unnecessary under most working conditions. Adopting short drive shaft and direct‑coupling frame structure, mechanical seal installation is more stable. Flange bearing and pump base adopt split‑type structure, making stator replacement convenient.

Benefiting from flexible modular design, multiple rotor‑stator geometry options and abundant material selections are available. Its direct‑coupled structure is compact and durable. Various connecting forms are adapted to diverse application scenarios. Standard mechanical seal is equipped, while alternative sealing solutions are optional. The pump can reach maximum flow of 400m³/h and maximum pressure of 24 bar, perfectly matching filter‑press feeding and other material conveying requirements.
