The liquid collecting plate is primarily designed to collect filtrate that oozes out during the filtration process, and can also be used to collect sewage when cleaning the filter cloth. It is installed directly under the filter plates.
The assembly consists of a liquid collecting plate, receiving tank, crank, cylinder, solenoid valve, reversing valve and other components. Under the drive of the electric control system, the collecting plate closes and the filtrate is discharged through the plate into the collecting tank. Once filtration is complete, the plate rotates and turns downward, creating a space beneath the filter plates so that the filter cake automatically falls onto the conveyor or the ground hopper below.
The liquid collecting tank is made of stainless steel and is fixed onto the base frame of the flap. The collecting plate itself is also constructed from stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability in demanding industrial environments.
