Product Structure

The membrane filter press is assembled with membrane filter plates and chamber filter plates to form filter chambers. Slurry is pumped into chambers under feeding‑pump pressure, achieving solid‑liquid separation via filter cloth. Compressed air inflates the membrane for further squeezing to lower cake moisture. It supports pneumatic or hydraulic pressing. Hydraulic pressure ranges: 0.8‑4.0 MPa; 0.8‑1.6 MPa for standard models, 2.0‑4.0 MPa for ultra‑high‑pressure versions to satisfy diverse working scenarios.
