2500×2600 Type Program-controlled Automatic High Pressure Polypropylene Diaphragm Filter Press
Product structure
The diaphragm filter press consists of a diaphragm filter plate and a chamber filter plate arranged to form a filter chamber. The slurry is fed into the filter chamber under the pressure of the feed pump, and the solids and liquids in the slurry are separated by the filter medium (filter cloth). When the solids in the slurry form a cake, air is introduced into the diaphragm to fully squeeze the solids in the filter chamber and reduce the moisture content. Air pressure or water pressure can be used for squeezing, and the water pressure can reach 0.8-4.0MPa. The pressure level is divided into conventional diaphragm squeezing 0.8-1.6Mpa, and ultra-high pressure diaphragm squeezing can be selected from 2.0-4.0Mpa to meet the needs of different working conditions.
Equipment Advantages
1. The motor adopts a well-known brand, with balanced and reliable operation and low power consumption;
2. The control adopts the three major brand products of Omron, Siemens and Schneider to realize full process automation control;
The hydraulic system is balanced and reliable: the hydraulic components are made of high-quality products; the whole piece is processed by the machining center; the oil tank adopts advanced manufacturing technology to produce technical data.
3. The main beam structure has strong rigidity and anti-lateral bending, which completely solves the problem of main beam bending
4. Diaphragm filter pressing, maximum 25KG, the moisture content of the filter cake after filtration is reduced to below 20%.
5. The reinforced polypropylene filter plate is adopted, and its filtration area adopts a dot-shaped boss with a large filtration area, fast filtration speed and short filtration cycle, which greatly improves work efficiency and economic benefits.
