Product structure:
Upper and lower main beam frame: The frame is welded with high-strength steel, and upper and lower main beams are set on the left and right sides to form a triangular force frame, which significantly improves the overall rigidity and anti-deformation ability, especially suitable for high-pressure filtration conditions.
Filter plate suspension structure: The filter plate is suspended on the guide rail of the upper main beam through the hanging plate frame. The pulley and the guide rail are engaged to achieve sliding, avoiding contact between the filter plate and the middle beam. The field of vision is wide during unloading, which is convenient for observing the status of the filter chamber and cleaning the filter cake.
Support frame and guide rail: The upper main beam is connected to the middle support frame through a fastening plate. The guide rail design ensures that the filter plate moves smoothly. The pulley shaft is provided with an oil injection hole for lubrication to extend the service life.
Process flow:
1. Compacting: The liquid receiving flap is closed, and the hydraulic cylinder is pushed forward until the pressure gauge value on the hydraulic cylinder reaches the upper pressure limit, and the compacting time set in the PLC is completed, and the filter press completes the compacting action;
2. Feeding: Start the feed pump, and the suspension enters the filter chamber through the thrust plate feed hole until the pressure gauge value on the feed pipe reaches the upper pressure limit, and the feed time set in the PLC is completed, and the filter press completes the feeding;
3. Washing filter cake (optional): Control the washing filter cake time through the PLC =Time;
4. Adding agent to filter cake (optional): Control the adding time through PLC;
5. Side blowing (optional): Control the side blowing time through PLC;
6. Back blowing (optional): Control the back blowing time through PLC;
7. Unloading: The liquid receiving flap is opened, the hydraulic cylinder retreats backward, the manipulator in the upper suspension beam continuously pulls the filter plate, and the filter cake falls into the conveyor belt under the filter press until the cake is unloaded;
8. Flushing filter cloth (optional): The liquid receiving flap is closed, and the automatic water washing device flushes the filter cloth one by one.
