The program-controlled automatic chamber filter press is a highly efficient solid-liquid separation equipment. It combines the hydraulic system and the automatic control system. The structural design of each component is reasonable and the connection is simple, which is suitable for the needs of different users. The fully automatic chamber filter press adopts the integrated design and manufacturing of machinery, electricity and hydraulics. It can realize automatic pressing, washing, backwashing, blowing, loosening, pulling plates, taking plates, flushing and other processes. It is controlled by the electric control cabinet and carried out according to the program set by the PLC programmable logic controller.
Process flow:
1. Pressing: Start the filter press, and the hydraulic system presses multiple filter plates to form a closed filter chamber.
2. Feeding: The material enters the filter chamber through the feed port. Under the action of pressure, the liquid is discharged through the filter cloth, and the solid particles are trapped in the filter chamber to form a filter cake.
3. Unloading: The hydraulic system loosens the filter plate, and the filter plates are pulled apart one by one.
