1500 Type Program-Controlled Automatic High Pressure Polypropylene Diaphragm Filter Press belongs to membrane filter press series. It consists of diaphragm filter plates and chamber filter plates that form sealed filter chambers. Slurry is pumped into filter chambers under feed pump pressure, and solid-liquid separation is realized via filter cloth. After filter cake formation, air or water pressure enters the diaphragm to squeeze the cake for deeper dewatering. Two squeezing pressure ranges are available: conventional 0.8–1.6MPa and ultra-high pressure 2.0–4.0MPa to fit diverse working conditions.
This filter press adopts well-known brand motors for steady operation and low power consumption. Its automatic control system uses Omron, Siemens and Schneider components to achieve full-process automatic operation. Premium hydraulic parts and precisely manufactured oil tanks ensure reliable hydraulic performance. The main beam features high rigidity and anti-lateral bending capacity to effectively solve beam bending issues under heavy load. Equipped with reinforced polypropylene filter plates with dot-shaped boss design, it provides large filtration area, fast filtration speed and short working cycle, greatly boosting working efficiency and economic benefits. The moisture content of filter cake can be reduced below 20%.
