2500×2600 Type Program-controlled Automatic High Pressure Polypropylene Diaphragm Filter Press belongs to membrane filter press series. It is assembled with diaphragm filter plates and chamber filter plates to form sealed filter chambers. Slurry is pumped into chambers for initial solid-liquid separation. After cake formation, air or water pressure is injected into diaphragms to squeeze filter cakes for further dewatering. The squeezing pressure can be selected from conventional 0.8–1.6MPa or ultra-high 2.0–4.0MPa to adapt to different working conditions.
This filter press is equipped with well-known brand motors featuring stable operation and low energy consumption. Its automatic control system uses Omron, Siemens and Schneider components to realize full-process automatic running. High-quality hydraulic parts and precision-machined oil tanks guarantee reliable hydraulic performance. The main beam owns high rigidity and anti-bending capacity to avoid beam deformation under heavy load. Reinforced polypropylene filter plates with dot-shaped boss design provide large filtration area, fast filtration speed and short working cycle. The filter cake moisture can be lowered to under 20%.
