1250 Type Program Controlled Automatic Chamber Filter Press is high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment combining hydraulic system and automatic control system. With reasonable component layout and simple connection structure, this fully automatic chamber filter press adopts integrated machinery-electric-hydraulic design. Controlled by PLC programmable logic controller via electric cabinet, it automatically runs pressing, washing, backwashing, air blowing, loosening, plate pulling, plate taking and flushing according to preset programs.
Working process:
- Pressing: Start the filter press, the hydraulic system compresses filter plates to form sealed filter chambers.
- Feeding: Slurry enters filter chambers through feed port. Under pressure, liquid flows out via filter cloth while solid particles are intercepted inside to form filter cake.
- Unloading: Hydraulic system releases filter plates, then plates are pulled apart sequentially for cake discharge.
