1000 Type Automatic Chamber Filter Press is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation machine adopting integrated design of machinery, electricity and hydraulics. Controlled by PLC programmable logic controller, it automatically completes pressing, material feeding, filter cloth washing, backwashing, air blowing, plate loosening, plate pulling and cake discharging according to preset programs.
Working process: Firstly, the hydraulic system compresses filter plates to form sealed filter chambers. Slurry is pumped into chambers, liquid passes through filter cloth while solid particles are trapped inside to form filter cakes. After filtration finishes, the hydraulic unit loosens filter plates, and plates are pulled apart sequentially for cake unloading.
