1250 Elevated Frame Filter Press with Integrated Cloth Washing System

Product Structure

Adopts integrated design of machine, electricity and liquid. Each component features reasonable structure and simple connection. All working procedures are executed by PLC programmable logic controller via electric control cabinet.

Process Flow

1. Filter plate pressing: Manually start motor & hydraulic pump, push compression plate. When hydraulic pressure reaches rated value, tighten lock nut and stop pump.
2. Automatic pressure maintaining: Switch to automatic mode, press compression button, oil pump drives piston to compact filter plates.
3. Feed filtration: Check pipelines & valves, open feed valve. Slurry flows into filter chambers through plate feeding holes to complete pressure filtration under regulated feeding pressure.
