The Jinwang 1600×1600 Single-Chamber Feed Filter Plate is designed for large-capacity filter presses requiring stable slurry feeding, efficient filtration and reliable cake discharge.
As a chamber-type filter element, the plate forms enclosed filtration chambers together with adjacent plates and filter cloths. The single-chamber feed configuration allows the suspension to enter the chamber through a dedicated feed channel, while filtrate is discharged through the internal drainage system.
With a 1600×1600 mm plate size, this large-format filter plate provides a substantial filtration surface and is suitable for demanding industrial applications requiring high processing capacity.
Single-Chamber Feed Working Principle
During operation, the filter plates are compressed together with filter cloths installed between adjacent plates.
The filtration process consists of:
- Slurry enters the filter press through the dedicated feed channel.
- The suspension is distributed into the filtration chamber.
- Liquid passes through the filter cloth.
- Solid particles are retained to form the filter cake.
- Filtrate flows through the internal drainage channels.
- Filtrate is discharged from the filter plate.
