The Jinwang 1600×1600 Chamber Filter Plate is a large-format chamber plate designed for high-capacity industrial filter presses.
Chamber filter plates are one of the most widely used filter plate types in modern solid-liquid separation. By forming enclosed filtration chambers between adjacent plates, they provide an efficient and reliable method for separating suspended solids from liquid.
The 1600×1600 mm format provides a large filtration surface and is particularly suitable for applications requiring high processing capacity, reliable cake formation and efficient solid-liquid separation.
Compared with traditional frame filter presses, chamber filter presses offer a simpler filtration structure and can be integrated with automatic plate shifting, cake discharge and cloth washing systems, reducing manual intervention during operation.
