1000×1000 Membrane Filter Plate

The Jinwang 1000×1000 Membrane Filter Plate is designed for efficient solid-liquid separation and secondary cake dewatering. Its flexible diaphragm applies additional mechanical pressure using water or compressed air, helping reduce filter cake moisture, improve filtration efficiency and shorten the filtration cycle.

Product Overview

The Jinwang 1000×1000 Membrane Filter Plate is designed for industrial filter presses that require improved cake dewatering performance, stable operation and lower residual moisture.

Compared with conventional chamber filter plates, the membrane filter plate provides an additional mechanical pressing stage after the primary filtration process. Pressurized water or compressed air is introduced into the diaphragm chamber, causing the flexible membrane to expand and compress the filter cake.

During a typical 2–5 minute membrane pressing stage, additional filtrate can be removed from the filter cake. This secondary pressing process helps achieve lower cake moisture while improving the overall filtration efficiency of the filter press.
