The Jinwang 1200×1200 Membrane Filter Plate is designed for industrial filter presses requiring efficient dewatering, lower filter cake moisture and reliable continuous operation.
Unlike conventional chamber filter plates, the membrane plate provides an additional mechanical pressing stage after the primary filtration process. Pressurized water or compressed air is introduced into the diaphragm chamber, causing the flexible membrane to expand and compress the filter cake.
During approximately 2–5 minutes of membrane pressing, additional filtrate can be extracted from the cake. This helps achieve lower residual moisture and improves the overall efficiency of the filtration process.
